Community Calendar/Agenda: Our community in Lafayette puts out a calendar/agenda for each of its meetings with announcements, information for that meeting's Liturgy of the Hours, etc. While this example does not include it, one nice thing the Lafayette community does with its calendar/agenda is to include a picture and short paragraph about one of their homebound members each month so the community can keep up on news and pray for those members who can't make the meetings due to age or infirmity. The calendar also lists the birthdates for any members with birthday's that month.
